• Prepare construction documents that fulfill all client needs, requirements of safe structure, client planned budget as well as state, county and local building codes.
• Evaluate and inspect existing buildings and original blueprints to identify original design and/or construction defects.
• Prescribe repair remedies including drawings and reports preparation.
• Prepare cost analysis, bid documents for tenders.
• Provides onsite Construction Administration.
