On a particular occasion Supranos had been installed as the floor system is an apartment building, and there as found to be localized structural failure. The Engineer of Record was ready to blame Supranos as being the cause of the failure. Dr. Ali was highly recommended to me to argue our case and he was duly engaged. With no prior knowledge of the Supranos system, he quickly educated himself, and did his own independent analysis of our product and how it worked. He then argued our case with the Engineer of Record and was able to conclusively prove that the problem lay with omissions by the Engineer of Record and unrelated to the performance of Supranos.
